I called mid-afternoon to hopefully change my appointment to same day, as I had a conflict the next morning. I was told to come right in. My car was serviced timely with no issues - smooth sailing. I have never had an issue with this dealership, and the service advisors are always prompt, easy to work with, and friendly. Obviously it's more expensive to go to the dealer, but can you put a price on trust? I don't hesitate to take my car to BMW Tucson. Great experience with Jayme. More

I have been bringing my 1999 BMW Z3 to this dealership for service for over 20 years. I know dealerships can sometimes get a bad rap, but this one has always done right by me. She's quick, efficient, knowledgeable and explains what the mechanic has found in a way that's understandable. I also appreciate and trust her sound, honest recommendations. Taking your car in and the unknowns you face can be a tad stressful, but having Jayme has alleviated a lot of that for me. Thank you! More
