I called mid-afternoon to hopefully change my appointment to same day, as I had a conflict the next morning. I was told to come right in. My car was serviced timely with no issues - smooth sailing. I have never had an issue with this dealership, and the service advisors are always prompt, easy to work with, and friendly. Obviously it's more expensive to go to the dealer, but can you put a price on trust? I don't hesitate to take my car to BMW Tucson. Great experience with Jayme. More
I have been bringing my 1999 BMW Z3 to this dealership for service for over 20 years. I know dealerships can sometimes get a bad rap, but this one has always done right by me. Having dealt with numerous service advisors over the years, I have to rate Jayme as the best. She's quick, efficient, knowledgeable and explains what the mechanic has found in a way that's understandable. I also appreciate and trust her sound, honest recommendations. Taking your car in and the unknowns you face can be a tad stressful, but having Jayme has alleviated a lot of that for me. Thank you! More
Received a coupon day after service. Arg. Like that car gets washed, but had entire driver door streaked white from hard water not dried off. Didn’t know it would take 3 hours. Wish it h Arg. So, I took my 2009 BMW 328i sport wagon in for a small issue with the tire pressure monitoring system. It's not the most beautiful car but I was treated as a valued customer. My red light below the rear view mirror came on along with the warning horn. I spoke with Ryan in service and he quickly told me how to turn off the alarm and also indicated that this was typically a sig with the warning horn. I spoke with Ryan in service and he quickly told me how to turn off the alarm and also indicated that this was typically a sign of the battery wearing out. He recommended that Bring it in as quickly as possible which I did. They quickly confirmed that the battery need to be replaced and did the repair while I waited. this is the kind of Service I always receive at BMW Tucson. John Sherwin More
