So, I took my 2009 BMW 328i sport wagon in for a small issue with the tire pressure monitoring system. It's not the most beautiful car but I was treated as a valued customer. My red light below the rear view mirror came on along with the warning horn. I spoke with Ryan in service and he quickly told me how to turn off the alarm and also indicated that this was typically a sig with the warning horn. I spoke with Ryan in service and he quickly told me how to turn off the alarm and also indicated that this was typically a sign of the battery wearing out. He recommended that Bring it in as quickly as possible which I did. They quickly confirmed that the battery need to be replaced and did the repair while I waited. this is the kind of Service I always receive at BMW Tucson. John Sherwin More

I currently have 2 BMWs that were bought from BMW Tucson and have been serviced there. My sales guy Ernie Buck is the best. A class act, very knowledgable, and fair and reasonable. My service adviser Jayme gave great advice allowing me to minimize future visits for additional service. She estimated 2 hours for the service and was pretty spot on.
