I currently have 2 BMWs that were bought from BMW Tucson and have been serviced there. My sales guy Ernie Buck is the best. A class act, very knowledgable, and fair and reasonable. I arrived at my appointed time and was taken care of immediately. Associate explained to me what parts of the car were going to be inspected, listened when I told him about a noise I heard several time immediately. Sure enough the car was ready about a half an hour later, bright ,clean, no random noise. Everyone was attentive and polite which made my visit comfortable and pleasant. More
