My advisor was great to work with. Tyson checked in with me multiple times throughout my wait. He went above and beyond by having my vehicle washed in a way I prefer. This has been an amazing experience. Kayla Diaz was hands down the best Service Advisor I've had since owning my X3. I recently had a bad service experience at the SF BMW dealership from a recent recall on m down the best Service Advisor I've had since owning my X3. I recently had a bad service experience at the SF BMW dealership from a recent recall on my X3, the Service Advisor seemed to be overwhelmed. For family reasons, I drove my X3 down to Tucson and thus, started my amazing experience with Kayla. She kept me in the loop constantly...communication and professionalism are her strong point!
