I am used to getting a loaner car with any service. They do not provide this for a two hour one. Katelyn Withrow was my service contact and is excellent. Excellent service. On time, friendly, courteous and professional. Maintenance staff ensure I was kept informed of each step in the process and recommended work needed in the future. Whether it's a service appointment you're after or you're looking for a new vehicle, in my experience, BMW of Tucson has been excellent. I personally got my X3 from there two years ago and I've been taken care of ever since and at a decent price. I'm the type of person that likes to shop around to find what's quality but inexpensive and somehow, BMW of Tucson has been my go-to. In my most recent service appointment, I worked with a man named Tyson that made my experience quick and easy. He seems quite knowledgeable and well versed in his area of expertise. I'll definitely keep going to him, as well as BMW of Tucson. More
Kayla was courteous and professional. This review should not reflect negatively on her in any way. HOWEVER, the service technician who performed the multi point inspection put my family in danger and this i not reflect negatively on her in any way. HOWEVER, the service technician who performed the multi point inspection put my family in danger and this is unacceptable. Today, 3 days after my appointment, while driving I received a warning that my engine was overheating. When I got home I opened the hood to see that the cap of the coolant tank was missing and it was rattling around the engine compartment. The coolant tank was empty! How can you not replace the coolant tank cap? My wife and child took a trip into a remote area last weekend which is why we had new tires installed and the inspection done. What if the overheating occurred while they were on the road and unable to get home safely? How do I know the engine is not permanently damaged by this egregious error? I can't even drive it back to the dealership at this stage since there is no coolant and the damage could get worse! I am very disappointed and do not know if I can trust BMW of Tucson ever again.
