Jayme was our service advisor, very helpful and kept us informed on status of vehicle. We recently moved from Temecula CA and had great experiences at the BMW of Murrieta. I was disappointed in that the se informed on status of vehicle. We recently moved from Temecula CA and had great experiences at the BMW of Murrieta. I was disappointed in that the service department did not offer detailing of any type. Jayme if asked the foreman in front of us and would even recommend a local place to have our BMW's detailed. The foreman was very abrupt and seemed very unprofessional. Overall our first experience at BMW of Tucson was about average. We do like Jayme as a suservice advisor. More

This dealership has greatly improved over the last few years. Sales and service people are both more knowledgeable and customer oriented. Kyla in service was very much "on-the-ball." I would’ve gave this 5 stars, but originally my appointment was with Tyson. I arrived to my appointment right on time and he was with another customer so he asked me to wait in the lobby.(which is appointment was with Tyson. I arrived to my appointment right on time and he was with another customer so he asked me to wait in the lobby.(which is fine!) however, I was waiting in the lobby for 1 hour so I went to check if he was ready for me and he was nowhere to be found. No one knew where he was and I still wasn’t even checked in yet. It was upsetting having to wait for my “advisor”. The front desk had a nice gentleman (forgot his name, sorry!) assist me. He was very nice, profesional and quick with the entire process. They offered me a loaner vehicle in the meantime and when I came back Tyson was at his desk so I was going to ask him what happened but he immediately walked away as soon as he saw me enter the building. Lluckily the gentleman that helped me was still there waiting for me. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient of Tyson to do. But I’m glad the other individual who was there assisted me and he was awesome! More
