Took my car for Service and repair. They charged me $275 to fix an issue with steering wheel. I had to come back 2nd time because issue was not fixed. Second time they tried and they could't fix the issue. to fix an issue with steering wheel. I had to come back 2nd time because issue was not fixed. Second time they tried and they could't fix the issue. They said I had to replace the whole steering wheel ($3500.00). I did not get my money back and my car still not fixed. You figured since this is the BMW dealership they know what to fix and what to do... Both times my car was there I had to call the Service Advisor and ask for status and updates on my car, otherwise I wouldn't know. More

I coaxed my vehicle into the establishment sans appointment on 10OCT21 after Tucson's BMW Tucson's service department comes through in a pinch again. I coaxed my vehicle into the establishment sans appointment on 10OCT21 after Tucson's streets claimed yet another of its tires. My regular service advisor was unavailable but I was more than ably accommodated by a gentleman named Tyson Kessler; he quickly got my car in for servicing, ordered the appropriate tire and arranged transportation home for me, all things that may seem mundane at first blush but which, to me, speak to the tremendous professionalism and routine acme service of BMW Tucson and its service advisors. Had excellent service with my service rep. On Oct. 6th with Kala. She understood what I was there for and acknowledged me right away. I needed a ride home and she accommodated me on my needs. Overall good experience. Made the appointment through the BMW app and showed up to no appointment in their system. Apparently a know issue, they got me in anyway. Service was going to be several hours and no BMW app and showed up to no appointment in their system. Apparently a know issue, they got me in anyway. Service was going to be several hours and no loaner vehicle available. Told they are very limited and booked out for weeks in advance. Got a shuttle ride to work but had to find my own ride back. I feel like a luxury dealership like BMW should have plenty of loaner vehicles for customers. More
