Amazingly, absolutely none of those things happened. Not a one, not even close. We never felt rushed, or pressured, or harangued. From the moment we started working with Scott, it was clear this was going to be a much more pleasant experience than we'd dared to expect. He was polite, unhurried, and willing to give us time to come to a decision. He responded to every question via email quickly, and made the final sales arrangements take less time than most meetings I've been a part of in the last 20 years.
