Months ago Justice estimated our pickup date and did not miss it by more than a day or two. Also, he kept us very well informed throughout the process. We were made to feel like we are part of a family (very rare these days) and nothing was ever a problem with ordering and adjustments to financing. Then, the day of pickup, extremely smooth and Justice took as much time as we needed to explain new features and operation of the car. More

Silver lining playbook My wife and I wanted a new X5 and the last three 2018’s were on the showroom floor. I had been in for a quick service to top-off my tires as they ne My wife and I wanted a new X5 and the last three 2018’s were on the showroom floor. I had been in for a quick service to top-off my tires as they needed some nitrogen. When I saw the three cars, I knew one would be ours but since this was my wife’s car, I wanted her to pick the vehicle she liked as the features were a little different on one of the models. We made an appointment to come in the next morning when the dealership opened to look at the three cars. She really liked the Black X5 and told the dealership we would return later in day as we had a prior commitment as she wanted too test drive the car. mid afternoon we found out the black car was sold. I told the salesman that it wasnt meant to be.....about an hour later, Ian texted me to add the one feature we wanted to one of the white X5 to acvomadate our needs at no charge to us. That’s the silver lining as we returned later in day, test drove and bought the car. The candid feedback is we would have appreciated a phone call from sales leadership that the car was going to be sold to another buyer, especially since we are 4x return buyers. They have 100% of our sales and service business and as feedback on transparency, it’s important to communicate with your sales staff on open opportunities as it may have given us a decision point to counter for purchase. And Frank Adinolfi , who has been my service advisor for many years is second to none. BMW lives up to its name as the “ultimate driving experience”, but Otto’s takes that motto to a whole new level. My 16 year old son got a crash course lesson in branding when we went to pick our car up. From our reception til the time we drive the car off the lot, he was over the top Wowed by every detail - as was I. Now he wants to sell BMW’s someday, and at Otto’s. I’ve done business with several other BMW dealerships in the area as well as Delaware. None can compare to the sincerity and service I’ve received at Otto’s over the years. None. Perfection ! More
