I brought the car back for a minor problem that came up the first week and they took care of it quickly and at no charge. My experience with Melissa and the service department was extremely positive. I was only there for a short time, but they have a great waiting area and were very accommodating. I would recommend Otto’s to anyone looking to get a BMW. More
