No games with the price--gave me a great quote right from the start, took care of all my requests, and had me in and out at pickup as quickly as possible (I test drove the car at another dealership, and THAT process took longer than when I actually purchased at Otto's, with all the paperwork, etc.). One thing was still "Owed" under my contract, and it was taken care of within a few days. Great experience! More

I've never seen that high level of service at other dealers. Would like to also thank Wilmer Rodriguez for also offering excellent customer service! We were able to work out an excellent deal for my BMW coupe. Thank you, Ben, for checking in and for the follow-up and for explaining the vehicle features so well! I traded in my Audi which is the part of the process that was tough for me as I am a die-hard Audi fan, but I wanted to give BMW a chance because they ARE awesome cars. At the moment I'm looking for an Audi again, but if I decide to stick with the BMW brand, I would not feel sorry knowing I have Ben to count on to get me in another one!
