Ian was very patience in terms of helping us deciding what car suits our need. We were in between 3 series sports wagon, X3 or X5. He explained the features of each car which took about half a day. He also gives us honest responds to our questions. It took us 2-3 times visit until we finally settle our choice of getting an X3. He worked with our work schedule to get the car ready and make the buying process easy. He even called us after we got the car and checked on us if things were going ok It really was just not Ian who gave us a great buying experience, but the whole staff at Otto did. From the receptionist desk to the service staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was really nice too and clean. More
