Loaner car was presented with a virtual empty gas tank…said they were short handed and that is unacceptable. Melissa and the service department were friendly and easy to work with. The receptionist that I spoke to when I called to make my appointment was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her by calling for to work with. The dealership tried to tell me my tire insurance was void which was incorrect and they did not change out both front tires as they should have. They only changed out the damaged right tire but the left void which was incorrect and they did not change out both front tires as they should have.
