Thank you for responding. I understand that unexpected configuration issues can arise, but increasing a vehicle’s price due to errors or oversights by your employees using your own systems is not a fair or reasonable adjustment for the customer. While your response suggests that “everything possible” was done, the only offer made was to cover roughly $150 in additional tax, with no other attempt at resolution or compromise. The original agreement was based on information from both BMW’s configurator and your dealership’s build system — neither of which showed any issue at the time the quote was approved, signed, and payment details were provided. My review reflects that experience accurately and is intended to encourage clearer communication and accountability moving forward.
