Service and Quality of work was positive, but the pricing and additional scope of work was unreasonable. I realize that with premium brands we’ll see high prices, but this is beyond that. An oil change turned into $6k+ of recommended work. Another dealership looked at vehicle and came up with none of the same recommendations. Cabin air filter change is $20part and 5-10 minutes to install with a screw driver, this dealership quoted me $658 for that job. As I said, I’m OK with premium, this is unrealistic. More

No follow up to issues at service and quoted trade then changed value ar closing because they took longer to deliver ordered vehicle. Service waiting room dirty and very poor amenities. They provided convenient shuttle service, the work was performed in a timely manner, my car was washed one occasion, for a BMW recalled repair item.
