I left their lot to look at another dealer and then decided to phone back Baraboo Motors to make an offer. It was after hours and they still answered the phone! We made the deal over the phone and I picked up the vehicle as promised the following week. No surprises. They also made good on some minor repair work we had discussed on the phone. After the parts arrived, their service center got me in promptly and completed the work in on day, saving me a 80 mile round trip. Overall, a very good experience More

Great Customer Service! I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from BMG. Great experience both times! Only complaint is that I was promised a year of Sirus Radio and found out that I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from BMG. Great experience both times! Only complaint is that I was promised a year of Sirus Radio and found out that after the deal was closed that I was only getting 3 months, not 1 year as promised and the person who details the cars before they are picked up does not do a very good job ! High Prices I shopped around at several dealers and this dealers price was 5% higher than every other dealer I contacted.
