Handicapped van stranded We were visiting the Wisconsin Dells over Memorial weekend. We are from the Chicago area. Our handicapped van broke down (which my daughter needs to g We were visiting the Wisconsin Dells over Memorial weekend. We are from the Chicago area. Our handicapped van broke down (which my daughter needs to get around with her power chair) and I had it towed to this dealer. Tuesday morning I spoke with Samatha and she heard the story and moved me to the top of the service list. They replaced the alternator, saved the battery, and even took care of an open recall. She had us back on the road pretty quick. She even did the leg work for us for warranty coverage. I have never met a more pleasant and professional woman in this line of work. She is one great lady !! Nobody better !! More
