Great Customer Service I had a great experience at Baraboo Motors! I pulled into their parking lot to look at a GMC Terrain. As soon as I stopped and was looking at the vehi I had a great experience at Baraboo Motors! I pulled into their parking lot to look at a GMC Terrain. As soon as I stopped and was looking at the vehicle for a few short seconds Charlie walked up to me and introuduced himself and asked if I wanted to take the car for a test drive and asked me questions about my vehicle that I would be trading in. In just a few short minutes he had me all set up for a test drive and awnsered every question that I had. Being a petite woman I was very worried about being able to see out of all the windows. He reassured me and pointed me torwards more vehicles that have less blind spots and better safety ratings which was my biggest concern! He was honest about every vehicle I was interested in and showed me the carfax's. He asked me my concerns and wants and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I ultimately ended up with a 2012 Chevy Equinox and I am very happy with the outcome. All the staff was very friendly and showed compassion for what they do. Very happy that I chose this dealership and I will definetley be back for the next one! More
