good customer service Well lets see where to begin...bought a Dodge Durango then was told that it was an out of state title that was recently bought on a trade from Florida Well lets see where to begin...bought a Dodge Durango then was told that it was an out of state title that was recently bought on a trade from Florida and it would take around 5-10 days, ok I waited and waited finally I called and talked to a supervisor and was told oh i'm sorry the salesperson should have never told you that out of state titles take a bit longer. All I was wondering is why would they offer a vehicle for sale if it wasn't ready to be sold. In the meantime I had all ready sold my truck going by what my sales person told me so they did give me a loaner vehicle but it was almost a month later before my truck was ready to go. My wife is going to by buying a Dodge Charger within the next year and she will not be returning to baraboo motors. Just be aware More

They start working on my car the moment I arrive. If they estimate a two-hour wait, my car is ready in two hours. Other times they have provided a loaner car so I can go shopping. If there are any issues while working on my car, the mechanic comes out and explains the situation to me. Cost estimates are spot-on ~ no surprises. I'm very happy with the Service Center and the customer service the ladies behind the desk provide. More
