I knew I made the right decision the minute we walked in the door. Mike and Pete remembered us even after not seeing us for 2 years!! I knew exactly which Journey I wanted to purchase because I saw it on their website. We worked again with Mike and between him and Eric Johnson I got the best price for my trade in and the financing I was looking for. It was a very hectic day for them because it was the Tuesday before Christmas and we didn't call ahead. They were kind enough to let us go shopping and called us when they had everything worked out. It saved us time to get our last minute shopping done and not have to wait!! When we returned, Mike went through any questioned I had about the vehicle. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We had a great time working with them and a lot of fun as well. I walked to BMG on Saturday afternoon, and they called a tow company and had our van towed to them. The Service Department was not open until Monday (nothing was open - not even Enterprise Rental). They loaned us a service vehicle, so we could get back to our cabin. When we came in Monday to talk to Dave, he informed us that our transmission was completely gone. We made the decision to buy a new car to get home, rather than repairing our 13-yr old minivan. Everyone in that dealership was so kind and sympathetic to our unfortunate situation. We were allowed to look at all of the vehicles, and we were not pressured in any way to choose one car over another. They were ready to run numbers on any vehicle we chose. The team did their best to move quickly so we could be on our way. We are very happy with the level of service and compassion they showed us. We even had several laughs over football (Bears and Packers fans coming together!) I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. If you are vacationing in the area, and run into problems, you cannot ask for a better experience! Thanks from Chicago! I cannot single out just one person to thank, as this was a TEAM EFFORT! More

My New Truck Purchase I have been working with the Baraboo Motors group for quite a few years now. I originally bought a Jeep liberty new in 2004 and was very pleased with the service and the deal was awesome. I have been working with them on my repair work on most all of our vehicles and they never disappoint. Last year I bought a used 2004 Silverado from them and again exceptional. I worked with the service department for the maintenance. It came time to buy a new truck. Even though I have been a GM man most of my life the dealership stuck out and made me take a serious look at a Ram Truck. I am so glad I did. Once again they did not disappoint. It is amazing how comfortable the Ram is and how well it is set up to serve my needs. There is also certain benefits to working with a small home town dealership that you just don't find in a big mega dealer. It is so much more personalized. I seriously look forward to many more years of working with them, with several more vehicle purchases along the way. More
