Audrey did a good job in getting us scheduled and procuring parts. Marv did a great job in diagnosing the failed alternator and getting it replaced. We got stranded in Lake Delton, about half way int procuring parts. Marv did a great job in diagnosing the failed alternator and getting it replaced. We got stranded in Lake Delton, about half way into our trip to central Minnesota. Baraboo Motors was closest Authorized Chrysler Dealer for us to get towed. People were friendly. We completed our trip of another 1700 miles over 10 days with out issue. Wish they were closer to our hometown, would definitely use them again. Thanks More

Service is a joke! Gave them a list of repairs and they looked for 15 min at truck..fixed NOTHING. waited forever for them to retype my list In The system and they charged me $300. what a joke. Tried to tell me the truck didnt have tire sensors and wanted to charge me over $500 to fix!! Only one sensor was not working. Went to Another dealer had them all working on 5 min.
