We are sorry you did not have a service visit with us that met your expectations. The vast majority of our customers do have a good experience, and we strive to make EVERYONE's trip to the BMG service department a good one. Our tech spent 1.6 hours, not 15 minutes on diagnosis for your vehicle for your eight concerns. To write up all of those issues does take time. However, it did not take forever. We did refund to you a portion of the amount that you paid. Again, our apologies for your less than satisfactory experience.

The fact is the truck sat in the shop for that long however your mechanic only looked at it for about 15 min. I watched my truck rhe whole time waiting figured they would be coming to tell me something and nobody came, I had to go ask. The refund...i was double charged so yeah you needed to give me a refund. So BEWARE. watch how long the vehicle is actually being worked on and ALWAYS double check your bill!
