Great service! I was in Baraboo from out of town and needed a repair to my breaks and seal. Transmission Repair Noticed a leak of some kind of fluid from my Chrysler Town & Country. I have never had any major repairs to a vehicle before so I was concerned. Noticed a leak of some kind of fluid from my Chrysler Town & Country. I have never had any major repairs to a vehicle before so I was concerned. Initial thoughts were that there was a leak from a faulty transmission gasket. After Baraboo Motors was able to begin the repairs, they determined that a couple of interior parts to the transmission were faulty and the full repair was covered by warranty. I can't tell you how good that made me feel: not only did they repair my vehicle but they took care of me in an honest fashion. I am a loyal customer of Baraboo Motors Group and will remain so just because of this excellent treatment! More

Out of town and in trouble We spent a night in the Dells on our way last month to the state bowling tournament.When we came out of the casino, our front passenger tire was VERY We spent a night in the Dells on our way last month to the state bowling tournament.When we came out of the casino, our front passenger tire was VERY low. It had just been checked a week before the trip, and since it was late at night and nothing was open to help us, we filled it with air and hoped it would still have some air come morning. In the morning we took it to an auto service place that told us that we had driven over something and that it had ripped the inside of the wheel wall and that they did not carry our tire size so they sent us to another place as no one else was open yet. I started making calls on my cell and found after calling 4 other places, that NO one had our tire size and would have to order them and since it was Friday, it would not happen until early the next week. I called Baraboo Motors and talked with Samantha Faul who I again explained about our situation and she told me that she had 2 tires that were the correct size, but did not see how they could put them on our car because they were that busy that day. She directed us to her business over the phone and told us when we got there that they would also be able to put them on for us. In about one half our we had to 2 new tires on the front of our 2013 Dodge and were back on the road headed for the tournament that we were thinking we were not going to be able to make. We really appreciated all Samantha did help us get new tires and get them on and be on our way in such a short time. The business was very clean and comfortable and the staff, especially Samantha, were very helpful and friendly. We appreciate all they did that day to get us the tires we needed and to get them on our car so we could make it to Appleton for the long weekend of bowling tournaments. Baraboo Motors helped make our trip a good one. Thanks again for all you guys did so we could get back on the road and continue with our plans. We recommend this business and think that you will be as happy with them as we were. More
