Service with a passion The service team at BMG seem to have a passion for their jobs and to ensure that customers are satisfied with the work done on their vehicles. I was The service team at BMG seem to have a passion for their jobs and to ensure that customers are satisfied with the work done on their vehicles. I was driving into work and my wind shield wash wasn't spraying out. I contacted the service team at BMG, they were able to make room in the schedule for my vehicle that day and they picked my vehicle up. They couldn't find the issue and the sprayers worked for them. I received a follow up call and was informed if the issue happened again they would look further. I haven't had the issue since, but I was extremely pleased with their attention to my needs and that they were so accommodating. More

resolved Had my car towed to Baraboo Motors. Lots wrong with it but the main thing was a starter. Had them fix that since that was the only reason it would no Had my car towed to Baraboo Motors. Lots wrong with it but the main thing was a starter. Had them fix that since that was the only reason it would not run. Brought home and a day later it would not start, dead. Called Baraboo motors and their response was that is probably because i did not have them check or fix anything else. So i felt it was my fault and i will need to save up for more work. (She did not request i come to have it checked again); So i left it sit and after a while a friend suggested her mechanic who would take his time to evaluate my car fairly. So i had it towed there and after he checked he found the immediate problem is a faulty starter !!! He replaced it and i brought my car home. I went to Baraboo Motors to ask for a refund and was given the phone number and email for FCA. I submitted my request and after 3 more months i got a call today saying they will not cover my request, go to the dealer. I have called the dealer now and left a message. They all say the the warranty would have allowed the proper dealer (not just my choice of mechanic) replace it at no cost. I DID NOT SUSPECT A STARTER SO I WAS NOT THINKING I NEED A PARTICULAR PERSON TO REVIEW OR WORK ON MY CAR !!! After all this it came to the attention of Samantha Faul who was so very understanding, helpful and efficient. In a matter of a couple of days my issue was resolved. I can not thank her enough !! Great job Samantha. More

My contact with BMG was Christina Bryant who made everything easy - from helping me coordinate towing, setting an appointment that would work with my schedule, and keeping me apprised of repar costs and status. Having a disabled vehicle while traveling is not fun nor easy but BMG made it tolerable. More

GREAT We arrived in Wisconsin for a overnight family get together from Illinois on a Saturday around noon when a bolt broke on our caliper bracket. We called around either shops were closed or booked until Monday or Tuesday. Baraboo motor group said come in and we will check it out. They fit us in between, when they could and we were on our way with new bolts on our bracket with in the hour. We are so grateful they took the time for us. Friendky, caring staff. Thank you!!! More

vacation break down During our vacation the Fuel Pump relay that had been recalled and fixed failed. I called and spoke with Mariah and she was able to get the 2012 Dura During our vacation the Fuel Pump relay that had been recalled and fixed failed. I called and spoke with Mariah and she was able to get the 2012 Durango in at 2pm. After having it towed to the dealership, the tech (Marvin) was able to get the Durango up and running in about 1 1/2 hrs. The equally impressive part was the fact that the part was not in stock and they sent someone out to pick it up. Although it was an inconvenience to have the car break down during a vacation 7 hrs from home. It is nice to know that there are dealerships and staff that go the extra mile to help you out when needed the most. Thanks again, James Bailey More
