On Monday, December 13, 2010, following the snow storm the previous weekend, I needed to travel to Rockford from Peoria but did not have time to get my windshield wipers fluid function corrected. By the time I reached Rockford it was difficult to see the road ahead. Did stop, grab a handful of snow and cleaned the windshield enough to continue. I went to your service shop for some help, First I want you to know how courteous, friendly, and helful your service team was. Second I want you to know how satisfied I was with the service. Every person I came in contact with was friendlyand efficient, from the service team to the technician who solved the problem. Have dealt with many service departments over my 70+ years, but only a couple have matched the type of service shown by your team. You should be very proud of the way in which they represent your dealership. I would guess this produces a high repeat business. If I lived near Rockford I would definitely be a potential customer. Tom is great! He is always very courteous and has a great sense of humor which I really like especially at 8:30 am. Tom knows I travel quite a bit so he always makes sure my car is in tiptop shape.
