The service center was great. However I did not like being approached by the sales manager. Referring to me as “wound up” is wild and very unprofessional (for a first meeting, especially when I’m not interested in buying since I already have my vehicle through you.) “No one’s going to buy it once it hits 160,000” “trade now” “you’re wound up, I can tell” cool I didn’t ask for your opinion on anything…why are you approaching me aggressive stranger? If I knew I would have to interact with a sleazy salesman I would have not came. I enjoyed the other staff and their professionalism and candor regarding my questions. The area is clean and nice and the mechanics were friendly. This would be a 5 (easily) if that weird, aggressive salesman did not approach me. More

I feel that I was intentionally being misled about the correct diagnosis of my vehicle. I was without my car for 21 days, it took the dealership 12 days to provide me with a replacement vehicle while my c correct diagnosis of my vehicle. The issue stemmed from me being sold a vehicle that needed more than $10,000 in repairs due to electrical issues throughout the car. I called multiple times and barely received fair treatment outside of being told that they would get back to me, the following day. More
