Briana the service clerk was amazing and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. The Service manager was less than helpful. He seemed to be reluctant to get my work helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. The Service manager was less than helpful. He seemed to be reluctant to get my work taken care of. He acted as though he would rather not help with my issue and just hope that I would go away. Maybe he needs to be trained on how to provide better care for customers to ensure that they are taken care of. More
