Had my vehicle serviced at Betten GMC. Service department employees were friendly and helpful. My only problem was that my 1 hour service job took 2 hours . Briana told me what the bill would be and the wait time right away. Both were accurate. It is always nice to know ahead of time. Hate surprises when it comes to cars. Mike probably worked on my car but I n right away. Both were accurate. It is always nice to know ahead of time. Hate surprises when it comes to cars. Mike probably worked on my car but I never saw him. I didn’t have a mess in my car and I could drive away….both good signs. My other dealership included a car wash on any service. I do miss that.
