Got an overpriced oil change. Charged me $84.00 for a change. Last week I had my 2022 Honda CRV in to Sierra Honda for an oil change, and that one was $54.00.Same synthetic oil. Took my car to have wheel sensors checked and two tires changed I told her that the wheel sensors were bad because the light was on. Also for an oil change. They didn't check the sensors and said I would h changed I told her that the wheel sensors were bad because the light was on. Also for an oil change. They didn't check the sensors and said I would have to come back another time because it was too late and charge me and I told her no I shouldn't pay because that's what I told her and I also wanted the new tires on the back but they put them on the front. I went back in with the car which took up my time and they took the wheel sensors put the tires on the back and said I could come back again and pay $300 to have the two bad sensors looked at and replaced I don't want to come back here and they ordered the recall material without asking me if that's what I wanted they should have repaired the sensors for free I will take the car to Walmart. I don't think I will ever do business here again for years I did business on the 28th Street store without any problems More
We called Sam 3 times about various issues: no manual after repeated requests; no cargo net although promised along with the manual. We had to pay $200. We were told we’d get a loaner while upholstery was being washed but then were asked to take two cars ourselves. Sam makes a lot of promises but doesn’t come through. I would not recommend this dealership to friends. More
