I had a better experience back 2/2022. I went in for tire rotation and had no problems with them doing so, even thought I didn’t have my anti theft lug nut keys. This time around I needed I went in for tire rotation and had no problems with them doing so, even thought I didn’t have my anti theft lug nut keys. This time around I needed new tires and I made the mistake to mention my missing key and guess what? This this time they didn’t have the proper key to take them off and i had to pay $160 and $17 each for each lug nut. Fast forward. Got there at 10:30 am. It’s now 1:20 ish. I finally ask about my car. They lady said. It was done about 1/2 hour ago but I forgot. She said, I’m new here and I’m trying to do better. She was very nice about it, but 1/2 hr later? So almost 3 hr later and $370 I finally got my car. More
