Everyone was very nice- there were some issues with paperwork but that was because they were trying to hurry and get me out because I had to leave. I had a really hard time getting that off and there is old residue on the front window that no one wiped clean!! Just saying guys!! More

My entire experience was difficult. My car was damaged when we hit a deer, but the damage was only cosmetic and the car was drivable. An estimate was completed and I was told that work would be scheduled when the parts arrived. I was surprised when it was scheduled a week later. I rented a car, and checked in at the end of the week, only to find that my car had been sitting there with no work being done because the parts had not come in. Needless to say, I was not happy that I spent $600 on a rental car for my car to sit in the body shop! I expressed my displeasure and got my car back. When the parts finally came it, I was told that I would have a loaner car while my work was being done. What a fiasco! I was called after a week and told that my loaner car had been sold and they wanted me to bring it back in an hour! I did return it and got another car, only to have the same thing happen again! I had one hour to return the car, and this time, the used car manager complained that the car wasn’t clean to be shown to the customer. If he had given me more than an hour, it would have been clean! I finally have my car back and the body work looks good, but I’ll never do business with Betten Baker again. They need to get their act together! More
