Nick was my salesman and he was really great befor during and after the sale. The problems I had were with the other staff at the dealership, who were disrespectful byrefusing to forward my documents to Nick and after the sale. Nick had a couple days off after I bought my truck so I was asked to email documents to two different email addresses for the sales manager and finance manager. I did as I was asked but somehow these documents never made it to Nick. I was then bombarded with calls at work for the next week for me to email these documents which I had already dropped off in person at the dealership and emailed multiple times to multiple people. I think I sent 10 emails in total with all documents attached to the each one. This was all after I had already dropped off the physical documents in person to the dealership. I informed each person that I had already emailed the information to their coworkers and asked them to check in with the co-workers to get to these documents as I was extremely busy at work. My request was ignored and I was asked to reattach and send these emails while at work in a hazardous job where I was over 20 ft in the air in a harness working on a large industrial robot. I made sure they were aware of that fact but they ignored it and requested the documents anyways instead of just walking over to their coworker's office and asking them to forward the email. More
