This is for the Grandville location. Purchased tires a few weeks back, two of the tires were low a couple days later and I put air in them. My wife had an early appointment last week and on the way there .. the tires were loosing air. She put air in them and went back to the dealship and had to leave the car. When we went to pick it up. I asked what the problem was and was told it was Valve stems. I asked if those should have been changed, when the tires were done, he shook his head yes, I asked if they did the other 2 being they should have been done when the tires were changed and he just shook his head no. My wife informed him that she better not have to come back. We are very unhappy with the time and money we have wasted at this service center. We will be looking to go else where from here on out. Oh I almost forgot we were quoted a price for tires and when I confirmed, I was told he messed up and raised the price 50 dollars. More
