The service department was prompt, courteous, gave me door-to-door drop off and pick up. So I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. They allowed 4 hours for the air bag recall procedure, but they did door-to-door drop off and pick up. So I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. I scheduled an 8:00 am appt for an oil change which took 1 1/2 hours. The service Dept tries to push so many services EVERY TIME I come for a simple oil change.
