I’ve never encountered such unprofessional, immature behavior in a business setting — let alone from sales managers. Instead of resolving concerns respectfully, both resorted to raised voices, eye-rolling, and hostile body language — all completely uncalled for. Amos in particular seemed to lose his temper at the drop of a hat, while Sam Rodriguez made it clear he had zero interest in actual customer service. They both behaved as if basic decency and accountability were beneath them. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and a complete waste of time. This kind of volatility and lack of professionalism is exactly why people dread car dealerships. If Betten Baker wants to preserve its reputation, it might consider hiring adults who know how to manage conflict — not throw tantrums. Steer clear. More
Well, the day after I took my car home, my brakes didn't work. I went to the hudsonville office first but they sent me to the grandville location. I had brakes before I went in and now I don't have brakes. It took me a week after I talked to Corey for them to get my car back in. I guess the rotor was put on backwards and now I'm still having the issues it's not fixed. I'm gonna reach out to Cory and Brianna is just been a total smart xxx about the whole thing and this is my life like I thought my brakes I will die and she keeps trying to say it was my fault after they admitted to putting on the rotors on wrong.
