I scheduled an 8:00 am appt for an oil change which took 1 1/2 hours. The service Dept tries to push so many services EVERY TIME I come for a simple oil change. I sat on the waiting room listening to them c 1 1/2 hours. The service Dept tries to push so many services EVERY TIME I come for a simple oil change. I sat on the waiting room listening to them come back to customers with additional things that they say they should service. You’re taking advantage of people and I absolutely cannot stand getting my oil changed here. I will be looking elsewhere More

The service department was prompt, courteous, gave me door-to-door drop off and pick up. So I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. They allowed 4 hours for the air bag recall procedure, but they did door-to-door drop off and pick up. So I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. They allowed 4 hours for the air bag recall procedure, but they did that and an oil, lube, filter and tire rotation in 2 1/2 hours. Nice surprise. More
