Oil change done, days later low oil level. Brought it back after them telling me they can’t fit me in. They said it was manufacturer defect.. could be or could have been an instillation issue. Either way trying to make me wait to fit me in to fix an issue when I waited 1:45 for my initial oil change is not professional. Had to fill my oil with non Gm oil just to make it home without burning up engine.. no reimbursement offered or anything for the inconvenience of having to drive back to hudsonville to fix their or gms problem or for oil I had to buy to replace oil that drained.. of all of the “Gm certified dealer”s I’ve been to this is by far the worst I’ve been to. 0/10 More

I brought my car in for service in August. I was told the part would need to be ordered.
