I was from out of town. I had batteries dying on me Monday morning, but needed to get back home to Nashville. They worked me in. The service charges were not accurate. The service price for my battery replacement was $189.00. I was charged $299.03. The service manager had given me an estimate of $308.00. Dollars more than their advertised rate. That’s not all. I paid with my Visa card. When I checked my credit account I was charged the $308 amount not the actual 299.03 charge.
