I came to the dealership at my scheduled appointment and the Tonneau cover was not installed on the vehicle. When the salesman took it back to the service area little do they know that the tonneau cover tha the Tonneau cover was not installed on the vehicle. When the salesman took it back to the service area little do they know that the tonneau cover that they were going to unwrap and install was damaged. Fortunately, they had one at the Sister store however it took over two hours to go get the new cover. I think the thing that is most disappointing is that the technician doing the install attempted to bill me for two hours when the recommended installation time is an hour. Also, some accessories that I made inquiries about were not in stock . The OnStar activation had not been completed according to OnStar, which took considerably additional time. Chris and Todd were both great. However, the overall experience with everything I can't score it to five. More
