Friendly staff. Poor outcome. Had an appointment for 7 am on Thursday for a broken hood cable was called after 2 pm stating they wouldn’t be able to get to my vehicl Poor outcome. Had an appointment for 7 am on Thursday for a broken hood cable was called after 2 pm stating they wouldn’t be able to get to my vehicle that day and needed to reschedule to Friday. Then received a call after 4 stating they were able to address my car but couldn’t fix the problem and 3 different technicians tried working on it. The bill to fix the issue was going to be 1300 and that wasn’t a guarantee fix. I declined the fix and took it to an auto body shop. They guy got it open in 20 minutes and fixed within the hour. Cost was 1/2 of the estimated price. More
