The overall experience was the worst we have ever had. Starting with the test drive, the car had several personal belongings in it and was full of sand throughout the entire vehicle. The steering tilt button was missing and was fixed but the column plastics were not properly secured and marred/scratched up. Our salesman was nowhere to be found when we left and had completed our purchase.also, the vehicle was never cleaned for delivery despite us waiting for several hours to complete the sale. A few days later we were asked to return to the dealership to resign paperwork because the payment date selected by the finance person was in violation of the lenders policy. Your salesman was nice enough to meet me at work to resign documents, however This all seems avoidable had the paperwork been done properly to begin with. This location seems like a poor representation of your dealership, this all felt like a B Lot experience. More
