Total lack of respect for my vehicle. Was returned with damage to the mirror, 11 miles of gas left in the tank for a truck. Was charge $190 because it took longer to diagnose than what the warranty allowed. Supposedly the problem is still not fixed and they wanted to keep it longer. We were not kept up to date on the turn around time, we needed to make arrangements to get back and forth to work. The mechanic took it home to help diagnose the problem because it was not acting up. (Mechanic must live on a road full of mud) Sure glad he had a ride to and from work at our gas and insurance expense. We were told when we purchased the truck and the warenty we would be taken care of when it comes to repairs, to include a rental while our truck was in the shop. This is the farthest from the truth. In fact when it was dropped off at the Grandville location they made it very clear they did not want to work on it. My confidence is greatly depleted. Plus side, they took the truck from the Grandville location to the Hudsonville location. If you are going to promise to take care of your customers, you should deliver. More
