The service was good. But the cost of the cabin air filter was way out of line. You wanted to charge me $90 some dollars. I got it Advantage Auto for 20. The service department still took the time to pull that filter out. And had to put it back in because I was not going to pay 90 some dollars when I could get a lot cheaper. I think you ought to reevaluate. The motor air filter would been about the same thing. I know I got a lot cheaper. I feel this is a big rip off. Especially when you spent labor to pull the filters out just to bring them in to show me. But the service to my vehicle as far as the oil change was great and and my truck was taken care of promptly and cleanly. The service desk did a good job also. More

Unsatisfied with trying to charge me for a front end alignment on a new truck. Unsatisfied with not rotating my tires during a $140 oil change.
