Hateful signage on computers completely displayed to your customers (not on Glenn’s computer that I saw). Slow, and half the job wasn’t completed as stated! Paid $84 for an oil change. Tires were never rotated let alone air pressure checked. After being in the waiting area for 1.5 hours (with an appt) you’d think the entire job would’ve been done. Then I was invited to chat it up about political views - ones I don’t share. I understand everything has gone up in price, but I didn’t realize that came with people doing a cruddy, unprofessional job. This was betten Grandville not Hudsonville. More
