The service department was very good with just one hitch. The sales department is awful!!! I received a letter the dealership would give me 35,000.00 for my 2018 Buick Enclave. I went in wanting to purchase The sales department is awful!!! I received a letter the dealership would give me 35,000.00 for my 2018 Buick Enclave. I went in wanting to purchase an Envision. I was told I could get 33,000.00 for my car…fine. It took a few months before I was able to order an Envision. I asked what would waiting for that Envision to be delivered do to the price of my Enclave. I was told not much unless I put a ton of miles on it…which I didn’t. I went in to purchase the Envision and sign papers. I had intended to pay cash for the remaining amount after the trade in. I noticed the amount that was due when signing. Way more than I planed. I checked the paperwork and noticed the Enclave was 5,000.00 less than what we agreed to earlier. I questioned it and Matt got his manager who very rudely said..,new game new rules and left. I wish I had gotten up and left. That was the third car purchased from that dealership…never again!! No one mentioned the price difference on the Enclave before I started signing. Very rude and sneaky. I know times were rough during Covid but they were for me too. I had to pay full price for the new Envision. No discounts! Some of your sales people need training on how to make things good for both sides. No, I will never recommend this dealership and have let people know how things went when I bought a car from your dealership! More
