Called for a transmission error code. Scheduled for a later date than I wanted because the service advisor said that was when the transmission guy was available. Dropped off on a Thursday Scheduled for a later date than I wanted because the service advisor said that was when the transmission guy was available. Dropped off on a Thursday night for a Friday morning appointment. An hour before close Friday and I hadn't heard from them. I called and was advised they didn't get to it and it would be at least Wednesday but probably the following Friday. They were not planning on calling me. I picked up my truck to use and the service advisor apologized and said she would talk to her supervisor and they would call me Monday 3/13. In the meantime I called a transmission shop. My truck has been fixed and returned and as of today, 3/19, I have yet to hear from the service advisor. Between Betten Baker Coopersville and now Betten Baker Hudsonville, I will never set foot in another Betten Baker anything. There only reason I rated one star is because zero wasn't an option. More
