Baker Buick GMC Hudsonville - Service Center

Came in with 100k on my Denali. Wanted a tranny and 4x4 service and stated that I had a horrible ride on small bumbs and needed that serviced. I also told them I drive with a camper every weekend in the middle of nowhere and wanted a good inspection to find preventive maintenance opportunities. All he did was change the oils. Said the Suspension looked good even though all 4 were leaking badly and the ride height was under spec. Tried pushing the service writer to take another look and she said that’s normal and she didnt have time to give me an estimate. There was also an oil line that had a bad leak. He missed that too in his inspection. No other 100k services were recommended either after requesting. Needles to say I went down the street to the next gmc dealership and spent $ 5200 on suspension and Pm stuff. I will recommend to everyone I know to avoid this place More

Call me and I'll GLADLY relay to you how unhappy I am with that facility!! Can't get parts to fix cars but everyone else(other dealerships can. Would love to sell us a new car tho. Took my truck in for transmission problems never got the problem resolved for whining and transmission replace twice transmission pump three times and last time it still was whining and after that took it i problem resolved for whining and transmission replace twice transmission pump three times and last time it still was whining and after that took it in again 30 minutes later they tell me nothing wrong but the whine is still there and they did not figure out where was the whinings from so I wouldn't go back there..also I arrived with gas and they had me put gas in for a 100 mile test run and I got truck back almost on empty. More

Glen literally charged me 140 for doing nothing. And what I mean I went in for oil leak problem expecting him to do a full diagnosis but he pointed out the obvious issues on the ti of the engine, wh And what I mean I went in for oil leak problem expecting him to do a full diagnosis but he pointed out the obvious issues on the ti of the engine, which even k new about and he said the charge for that will be 700 plus dollars. I he took of the engine was not even leaking to be ruled as the main. Then he said they will go from there. Bad they did not check my car but only pointed out the issue on the to of engine that I too was aware of. Basically. Bringing my car there was a complete waste of time and money in addition to the trust I had. the lesson learned is stay away from such and let everyone I know be aware of that business. I have a pretty huge circle of people. More
