Good service and great people; no problems with the dealership at all; GM as a company might be a different story. My last service was for a recall which required an alignment after part replacements i dealership at all; GM as a company might be a different story. My last service was for a recall which required an alignment after part replacements in the rear of my car; it was “recommended” that I also get the front alignment done as well at my cost as I was told that doing the rear alignment only could throw the front alignment out of whack . I was confused as to why, due to a GM manufacturing issue, that the alignment was not covered for both knowing that only doing the rear could throw off the front. I only had the rear done that was covered by the recall and you guessed it, the front alignment that was fine is now slightly out of alignment and can only be taken care of at my cost. I feel that GM should be totally responsible to correct this issue as it stems from their mistakes. Not impressed with GM in regards to this issue; maybe my next vehicle will be a Ford. More
