I dealt with a inexperienced sales person which was ok. However work that needed to be done really was not communicated well. Not at anytime was I asked if I needed or wanted help with a truck I was not fa However work that needed to be done really was not communicated well. I knew I bought the truck as is, when someone spends over 15,000 dollars some follow up would be appreciated. Mercedes from service was more help than anyone there. More

They will run your credit over and over and over (ran mine 8 times) to different banks with different loan amounts for said vehicle.
