The staff at this location are very unresponsive, I have called several times asking for updates on a car I purchased that the transmission went out on the very next day, it took them 5 weeks to put in a ne called several times asking for updates on a car I purchased that the transmission went out on the very next day, it took them 5 weeks to put in a new transmission. I understand backlog and that it takes times for parts but I had to call everyday asking for updates and no one EVER called me back. I also left 3 messages with a question about the financing and they have yet to call me back. It’s not hard to pick up the phone and give and update or answer a question. They only care about making the sale, once that is done you are on your own. More

I had a bad gas leak at the fuel pump on my '09 GMC Sierra. We had a planned camping trip the following week for our Anniversary.
