Bought my truck in April and brought it back in May to install a GMC tonneau cover. I made an appointment for 8:00AM which they informed me the job could be as quick as 30 minutes, max of 90 minutes. Up install a GMC tonneau cover. I made an appointment for 8:00AM which they informed me the job could be as quick as 30 minutes, max of 90 minutes. Upon arrival I was informed that they were having a meeting so they would not start on the truck until 8:30 so maybe I would like a ride home and come back later to pick up the truck. I should preface that this is my work truck and I need my truck so around 10:45 I called and asked if it was finished, they said they would check and call me back. Which they never did. After waiting 30 minutes I headed to the dealer because I figured it must be done by now. Which I should mention I live in Holland which is a 30 minute drive. I got there and they didn’t even know where the truck was and had not started on it yet, so why did I make an appointment?? Needless to say I was not going to wait around. Went back home and waited…finally received a call around 1:00 that I could come in and pick up my truck…no apology no nothing…sorry that’s just poor customer service More
