The service manager was very courteous, helpful, and honest. Since they had never seen a problem like this before, it took quite a bit of time and effort to get it resolved. They kept me informed and gave me something else to drive while my vehicle was being repaired. I was pretty distressed about having such a major issue with my beautiful new SUV, but the service department couldn't have handled it any better. Now, my vehicle is back to brand new condition, and I'm very satisfied. More

He is an awesome service representative, polite, incredibly honest, and personable. The service was great too, very fast and all my issues addressed. Too bad the prices are so much higher than LA, but it is what it is. I will probably go back to having it serviced in LA when I go back to work in LA after the pandemic....bummer, because David is such an awesome person to work with. More
